WASHINGTON, DC – Today Rep. Kim Schrier, M.D. (WA-08), Rep. Sean Casten (IL-06), Rep. Kendra Horn (OK-05), and Rep. Colin Allred (TX-32) introduced the Better Service to Borrowers Act. "I am thrilled that my bill, Stronger CAPTA, has passed the House unanimously. Stronger CAPTA is a reauthorization of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) that will enhance already existing federal supports for child abuse and neglect.
