ISSAQUAH, WA – Congresswoman Kim Schrier, M.D. (WA-08) has announced that Skyline High School sophomore Ashley Zhang won the 8th district's Congressional Art Competition. On Earth Day, Washington Rep. Kim Schrier (WA-08) introduced the Legacy Roads and Trails (LRT) Act in Congress.
